After another week off the ankle I thought I'd try to get out for some short miles. Ankle felt strong the first two then it started to break down. Instead of continuing, I decided to ditch my shoes and do some barefoot running at the park for about 10 minutes. I think I'll try doing this every day for the short term to see how it goes.
Wasn't able to get into the doc this week because the ex has my insurance card and I wasn't able to meet up with her til Friday night. Calling on Monday to make an appt. |
