Had almost zero time so I had to bust my butt to even get 2 in. Ran the first half mile at warmup pace, then ran 6:00 flat followed by a cooldown. Figured if I can't get quantity I might as well get quality.
Ankle hurt but surprise, surprise... When I strike with perfect form I can hardly feel it. Looks like this injury is gonna force me into proper foot striking. Definitely not complaining but the mileage will have to stay low for a bit. I'm ok with that I guess. |
