Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K.  Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)

Zion Traverse

Squaw Peak 50 Mile

Speedgoat 50K

Quest For King's

Wasatch 100

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just want to stay happy and healthy.  Bring on whatever that may entail!

Personal:

I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life.  Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.

Jun took me out and introduced me to Ann's Trail and View Benchmark.  Was a really awesome run since we were socked in the clouds.  Visibility was minimal and I would have gotten lost had he not been there with me.  Check out Jun's page for a pic with the icebeards.  They're pretty rad.

Icebeards are like Wonder Twin Powers. "In the form of . . . . an Ice Manora!". Name where that quote comes from.

Jun, no idea where that quote is from. I'll have to look it up.

Amy, a few weeks off was just what I needed. Feelin great, just a little sore but that's to be expected I guess.

Ahahaha! WHAT ARE....THE WONDER TWINS!!! Jun, it is obvious that we are the same age! ha! Jsh...you are a youngster! :)

Steam8, you are both correct and incorrect. While the essence of the quote is derived from The Wonder Twins, the quote itself is from an episode of Scrubs where Turk and JD get a "double prize" in a box of cereal, rings that they then put on, and then pretend to be the Wonder Twins. It's a classic.
