Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K.  Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)

Zion Traverse

Squaw Peak 50 Mile

Speedgoat 50K

Wasatch 100

Just want to stay happy and healthy.  Bring on whatever that may entail!

Personal:

I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life.  Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.

JRP run.  Wanted to go a little further, but my legs were telling me no.  Funny what happens when you don't run for a month then you go do 15.  So instead I turned up the speed a little and got a nice workout in.  Hoping to get in 4 days of running this week.

Way to get right back out there. You're legs will come back quick.

Oh and I was going to tell you - they actually drove the civic all the way out! Craig said they were pretty much running on fumes when they found a station in Eagle Mountain to fill up at. Yowzaz!

No way they drove that out... I thought that thing was done for sure! Glad it all worked out.

And I know the legs will come back in due time. I just need to be patient, which currently I'm not.

That is pretty fast for "no" legs! Nice run!
