Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K. Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)
Short-Term Running Goals:
Zion Traverse
Squaw Peak 50 Mile
Speedgoat 50K
Quest For King's
Wasatch 100
Long-Term Running Goals:
Just want to stay happy and healthy. Bring on whatever that may entail!
Personal:
I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life. Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.
I paced Darrell Phippen from Brighton to the finish at the Wasatch 100. You can read all about it HERE.

I JUST missed you guys at the finish - especially since you cut off like 30 minutes from your projected finish time! Fantastic job getting him there, sounds like a great time!

Yeah, Darrell's family got to the finish right as he was crossing the line. They just about missed him. He was an absolute animal those last 10 miles.

That is the hardest darn section of the race! I HATED IT!!! It was enough, seriously, t make me NEVER want to run the Wasatch 100 (not that I ever would!) I do not know how anyone does it at the end of a 100 miler. Crazy!
