Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K.  Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)

Zion Traverse

Squaw Peak 50 Mile

Speedgoat 50K

Wasatch 100

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just want to stay happy and healthy.  Bring on whatever that may entail!

Personal:

I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life.  Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.

Got out in this ridonkulous weather we're enjoying and ran View Benchmark after work.  The car read 49 degrees when I got out to run.  I wore a light jacket though since I knew that I wouldn't be in the sun much on this one.  I dressed about perfect which is always a bonus.

The only time I've been on this trail was with Jun when there was about 50 feet of visibility, so I had no idea where I was going.  I made a few wrong turns on the way up and one on the way down, but nothing too serious.  The beauty of the trails out there is that you really can't get lost, even when you don't have any idea where you're going.  Turned out to be a really awesome run on a gorgeous day.

Awesome! You really can't go wrong with that run.

ridonkulous made me laugh! It is a bit strange to have a week like this in January! So glad you got another great trail run in before the snow hits!
