Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K. Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)
Short-Term Running Goals:
Zion Traverse
Squaw Peak 50 Mile
Speedgoat 50K
Quest For King's
Wasatch 100
Long-Term Running Goals:
Just want to stay happy and healthy. Bring on whatever that may entail!
Personal:
I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life. Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.
Got out for some miles at the Parkway. Ran with my friend Scott which forced me to keep a nice and easy pace. Time flew by since we were conversing the entire way. Love these kind of runs.

0?? Is that even possible when you are not on a treadmill?
OH, Squaw Peak is close. I still never found out how to volunteer. I NEED to get on that now.

OK, so my watch really showed like 65' of vertical. If it's under 100 I don't even count it. Maybe I should?
Hope to see you at one of the aid stations at Squaw. Even though the course has been rerouted, I still plan on giving it a go.

That is on e heck of a flat run! I think I run UP more on the treadmill!
I have e-mailed the race director, we will see if he wants or needs any help. I hope he does, I am certainly not doing anything aside from sitting on my butt!
