50 Mile - 7:39:55
100 Mile - 27:44:46

Funny that my 50 mile time is faster than my 50K.  Guess that's what happens when your only 50K has over 11,000' of vertical ascent =)

Zion Traverse

Squaw Peak 50 Mile

Speedgoat 50K

Quest For King's

Wasatch 100

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just want to stay happy and healthy.  Bring on whatever that may entail!

Personal:

I started running in April '09 and run to maintain some balance in my life.  Apparently I have an addictive personality so I figure I should do something positive with it.

It started raining right when I got off work so I wussed out and hit the treadmill.  Did an interval workout in the Altras.  I've decided that intervals are the only way I can stand running on the treadmill.

5 minute warmup
15 minutes @ 10:00 pace on 10% incline
2 minute recovery
5 x 2 minute intervals @ 8:30 pace on 10% incline; 2 minute recovery between sets
5 minute cooldown

Nice man. I find that when I do designed workouts on the TM it makes it a lot more enjoyable.

Can you get away for an hour or two today to run? Thinking about heading downtown to meet Matt and run the BST.

I should be able to get away. Let me know what time you're thinking and I'll try to work it out.

I have a call at noon, but it will only last a half hour, at the most. I'll text you before then. Things have kind of blown up at work and that stuff needs to calm down first.

I can't seem to enjoy any run on the TM. Haha. Hope I can make the run today.

You okay? No report for a while. Hope you are just enjoying a long Thanksgiving of eating!

Steam8 - Yep, I'm alive and well. Just took the weekend off from my computer. It was soooo nice!
